how we do it
We keep it fresh, we keep it simple, we keep it creative. We do it vegan. All of our menu items incorporate the humble, the holy, cruciferous vegetable BROCCOLI in some way or another. There’s of course the beloved Broccoli Bowl…a totally customizable, f*!$-ing delicious, and easy to share (if that’s your thing?) Vegan power bowl - unlike any of the bowls like those ~other places~ make. These rigs are packed with flavor, nourishment, and character. Dumplings with broccoli sauce? Garlic ginger broccoli stir fry? Curried chickpeas? Broccoli-leaf salad? Sticky rice and toppings? We got you covered baby, through and through.

FESTIVAL-vibe VEGAN FOOD
We love live music, good people, and great food. We came to realize that most festivals and events in our area were plentiful in the former two, but were really lacking the latter, especially when it came to vegan food. So the idea to create something, that was not only veggie driven and super delicious, but also easy to share, totally customizable, and served wicked fast with a huge side of gratitude and lightheartedness, came on hard and strong. Also green, typically underwhelming and overlooked, BROCCOLI became our beacon. Why Broccoli you ask? It’s a secret. What’s not a secret? Our mission to make vegan foods as accessible as possible to a as many people we can, so that our children and their children can enjoy what we love- live music, good people and great food for years and years to come. We look forward to serving YOU a dank bowl of broccoli very, very soon.
